Gift Aid Declaration Form

Boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate. Gift Aid is reclaimed from the government by charities from the tax you pay for the relevant tax year. St Ninians Old can reclaim Gift Aid on your offerings if you pay sufficient income tax and you provide a signed Gift Aid Form Declaration. In you pay tax but have not signed up for Gift Aid please complete the form and hand it in at the Church or give it to your elder. The name of the Church and our charity number has been inserted for you.
